You did not tell us what version of Mac OS that you actually do have. Your Office 2016 license will not activate build 16.43. In Finder, you can move Outlook version 16.43 to the trash and empty the trash. Outlook version 16.43 is a build of Office 2019 and is not part of Office 2016. Under Tools I have accounts but these are just my email accounts and no option to add a licence.Ĭan you please urgently help as I have an existing licence but unable to use the product and I can't update to a higher revision of the Mac OS at this stage nor should I need to. I do not have options under file account or product information. Under the Outlook tab I only have activate which asks me to login but once it can't find the licence it does not give me any option to add manually.
